I'm not a big fan of raisin bread, but Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread Mix makes a great pan "fake". Yeast and contains everything you need is the bag mix, water, oil and 2 eggs.

Kind of expensive, but all natural, healthy and delicious! Really worth a shot (you can the right mix of places like Whole Foods and Harris Teeter in North Carolina received).

I have a very good recipe for walnut bread http://www.bettycrocker.com.

I think it was originally intended for the appointment with the mother, but that's no problem to change the types of nuts.
